Knit-On Australia is a proudly Australian, family-run small business based in Melbourne, owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Simon and Rachel.

Since 2014, we have been curating high-quality knitwear for men and women, focusing on comfort, style, and timeless design.

While we don’t manufacture the garments ourselves, we carefully source each piece to ensure it meets our standards for quality, fit, and feel. Our collection features premium natural fibres, including Australian wool, merino wool, and cashmere.

Q2: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide using Australia Post Air Mail Service.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

International shipping rates: From $35 AUD

New Zealand shipping: From $14.90 AUD


Q3: How long does delivery take within Australia?

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days

Free shipping: On orders over $150 AUD

Tracking: Provided on all orders


Q4: What sizing do you use?

We use standard Australian sizing. However, sizing may vary slightly between brands.

We recommend:

  • Checking the product description for fit details
  • Using our sizing chart
  • Contacting us if you need assistance choosing the right size

 

Q5: How can I check the material of a garment?

The material composition of each garment is listed in the product description on the product page.


Q6: Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, we may be able to make changes to your order if you contact us as soon as possible.

Simply email us as soon as possible with the requested changes, including any updates to shipping or billing details.

As we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been submitted.

We recommend checking your order carefully before completing your purchase.



Q7: Can I return or exchange my item?

We offer a 30-day Risk-Free Trial so you can shop with confidence. With exchange only.

If your item doesn’t fit or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Available for a different size or item, subject to stock availability
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases
  • Exchanges only

Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item

Q8: What if my item is faulty?

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
