Q2: Do you offer international delivery?

For all shipping outside of Australia, products are sent via "Australia Post - Air Mail Service".

  • All international deliveries are usally recieved within 14 business days depending on your location.

  • All international shipping is FROM $35.00 

  • beside new-Zealand that is FROM $14.9

 

 Q3:How long will it take until I receive my order? 

ll shipping within Australia is sent via "Australia Post - Regular Post" for all products.

  • All delivery within Australia should be received within 2-5 business days.

  • All shipping within Australia is FREE for all orders over $150

 

Q4:What type of sizing do you use?

Knit-On Australia offers standard sizing. However, some items vary depending on the label, for information regarding the fit of items refer to the descriptions located under the name of each item. Australian & International sizing chart located below.

 

Q5:How do I find out the materials of the garment?

The materials of each garment are located in the description of each product.

 

Q6:Can I cancle my order or change it once its been placed? 

Once your order has been placed, you are no longer able to make any amendments nor cancellations. This also includes billing and shipping details. We also are unable to combine orders.

Q7: Can I return my item?

All items purchased through www.knitonaustralia.com are able to be returned, providing it adheres to our Returns Conditions listed below. once returned, we can provide you with exchange item or store credit with no limit of time to use

Q8:Returns / Exchange Conditions

  • exchanges must be made within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. For international customers, we offer a 30 day return period.

  • To ensure the satisfaction of our customers,   knit-On Knitwear Boutique offers an exchange policy for items in brand new condition with a receipt. We do not offer returns, but customers can exchange their purchase for another item of equal or greater value (For extra cost) . Our team is available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding exchanges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process
  • If you purchase an item and order the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange with shipping at your cost.

  • Any items in the ‘SALE’ section are not able to be exchanged.

  • Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for an exchange.

  • Exchange must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or there was a dispatch error by Knit-On To ensure the satisfaction of our customers, Knit-On  offers an exchange policy for items in brand new condition with a receipt.
