Returns / Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange Policy:

    To ensure customer satisfaction, Knit-on Australia offers an exchange policy for items that are in brand new condition with a receipt. While we do not offer returns, customers can exchange their purchase for another item of equal or greater value. Our team is here to assist with any questions or concerns regarding exchanges, making the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Applicable in store and online.
  •  exchanges must be made within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. For international customers, we offer a 30 day return period.

  • If you received a faulty item, we are happy to offer you an exchange with shipping included.

  • If you purchase an item and order the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange with shipping at your cost.

  • Any items in the ‘SALE’ section are not able to be exchanged.

  • Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a exchanged.

  • Exchanges must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or there was a dispatch error by Knitworld Australia.

  • exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item/s. 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are well inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a refund.

If you believe your garment has a fault, please email knitworld.login@gmail.com with a description of the garment and of the fault. Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty garment we must be notified at Knit World Australia within 7 days of receipt.
